What we can help with
- A factual error in an entry — a location, a building detail, a facility that no longer exists.
- A property you think belongs in one of the four sections, with a sentence on why.
- Questions about how entries are chosen, written or updated.
- Permission requests for quoting or referencing the text.
What we cannot help with
We cannot book a room, hold a room, change a reservation, chase a refund or pass a message to a hotel. No relationship exists between this index and the properties described, so any enquiry of that kind has to go directly to the hotel or to whoever you booked through.
Sending a correction? Tell us which page and which sentence. It makes the fix considerably faster.
Reply times
Expect a few working days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else, and a corrected page goes live as soon as we can confirm the change.
